Mr. Ryan's Bio

Ryan Rayniak has spent nearly a decade working with young children as a Waldorf early childhood teacher. His love for child development, viewed through the lens of anthroposophy, and his years of experience have led him to believe that one of the most important educational tools for children is self-directed, free play. He enjoys playing too, as you may find him in his free time outdoors, riding mountain bikes, searching for plants to use in medicine, and skiing in the winter. He is a father of two daughters who have benefited from a Waldorf education and is looking to support children in finding their true potential.
